Yesterday, I was working on my computer and looked out the window to see these two sweet buddies keeping each other warm in this chilly May weather. They were both surveying their territory. Jazz (dog) chases birds, rabbits, and squirrels and alerts us to anything unusual going on outside. Scout (cat), stays close to her buddy and watches for rats, mice, and snakes. I have seen them tag team the murder of a rat.
Don’t we all need buddies like this. The kind that has our back and keeps us warm in bad weather.
